140 EB2 experience letter
I got my LC approved after 3 1/2 years long wait...
Anyway, my lawyer called me, she said I need to get a letter from previous employer since my LC asked for MS + 1 year experience, she specifically said that the letter should have MS requirement mentioned or well see problems, I have 1 1/2 years with the previous company after MS, but I dont remember anywhere that they have MS requirement putting down when they hired me, Im afraid that they will not write the letter the way my lawyer said. Im pretty much doing the same thing for both current and previous companies.
Any thoughts?

No taker? I just want to know if a letter without MS requirement from my previous employer would be okay to apply for EB2. Please help!!
