I 140 Fees ?

Hi GUYS,
my lawyr charging me almost 2000 $ for 2nd I 140. I had my pending NIW 140 ( done by same lawyr ) and I am planning to apply I 140 since my PERM got approved , actually she will try toget pending I 140 for this PERM. Is it a reasonable fee or she is charging me too much ?
