Labor substitution Salary wage confusion; any advise ?
I had a question if you have some time responding.
My I-140 case was filed on Feb/2006 with a labor substitution. It has been moved from VSC to NSC on May/05/2006.
This EB3 labor cert specifies salary wage to be $75978.00/year.
The labor P.D is Sep/2002.
I have joined this company in Jan/2006 (this company gave me the labor for subsitution). My salary AFTER joining this company is more than specified on the labor.
My question was:
1) In my case of labor subsitution, does my salary needs to be equal or more than the specified labor wages FROM 2002 (2002 is P.D on the labor).
OR my salary should be more than after joining this company ?
any advise please ?

Since your case is LC sub, you should be fine now.
your salary should be equal or more than specified in the labor.
