I got my labor & I-140 approve from NSC and waiting for I-1485 to apply.

My PD is Sep03. Now question is ? I have another my PD Sep 02 from philly. Hopefully I will get labor approve very soon. Can I used approve I-140 from NSC with approve labor of Sep02 from philly. So I can apply I-485 ?

Any comments.

SRS Usually PD is assigned at the time of I-140 approval. Hence to use the second PD both I-140 needs to be approved.
