H1B extensions while I-140 pending

I am going to enter 10th year of H1B by first of next year. I heard some where that USCIS wont issue more than 10 year of H1B extentions.

Any one has any views/ideas/opinions?

WOW, this is the first time I am hearing a "10th year" extension. While I am not sure if CIS approves that type of extensions, may I ask when you filed your I-140 ?. It it pending for a long time ?

I cant believe it. Never heard such a long time on H1B and 10th year extension.

I came to this country in 1997 on H1B and my labor for GC is filed in Jan, 2002.

Here is another RFE from NSC on I140. Errors on NSC 6/25/04 Processing Time Report I-140 NSC approved My I-140 Approved-April04 case Ability Pay issue - Employer hesitation for annual Report	I-140 EB2 RFE, Switch to EB3 My 140 is approved - Yes - 3 year bachelors in Engineering.. LUD Change STONEWALL 485 approved too!!! Has anybody been in this situation??
