Im starting new thread to track and discuss the 2005 cases. Please post your dates / experiences here, if you applied to NSC in 2005.

My attorney mail my application of I-40, 131, 765, 485 on 7/22.

Any one have any idea how long it will take to get I-131 approved.

131 and 765 are pertty quick to get approved. However the time required for their approval varies.

It can range anywhere from 2 weeks to 4-5 months. But normally it should come in 1.5 - 2 months.
