Multiple I-140 Filing from same company.

All,

Please help me with this dilemma, I have two labors approved and have applied for I-140 using one of the approved labors my question is can I apply for I-140 again using a different labor from the same company, both the labors are mine the first one got approved from BRC yesterday but it has an earlier PD than the one which I applied I-140 with and both have different job positions.
