First observation, I just dont understand how they say that they are processing applications on or before December 10, 2005, and I see some I-140 receive dates in January 25, 2006 getting approved....how does that work? Can someone explain?
Second observation, how could the NSC processing dates website say, for example, that they are currently processing applications with receipt dates of July 15, 2005 for employment based I-485, then you have the Visa Bulletin website saying that for EB-3 applicants worldwide you can only apply if your priority date is on or before May 1, 2005....Shouldnt the two be in sync? Or do they have a huge I-485 backlog, they dont know what to do with it, so they are stopping everyone from applying now?
When do you guys think retrogression on I-485 will be lifted or will move faster...Its been around May 1, 2001 for the past 3 months or so...
Thank you.
very important observation: Processing times and Visa Bulletin...
