Hi,

I am currently waiting for my I-140(EB3, India) to be approved thru
NSC.
It has been in process since last 2 years. It went thru RFE and then
the
administrative appeals office.
Now the case is
back from the administrative appeals office.Because of this delay, I
also
filed for a new labor with the same employer oct 2005.

Now, I have been offered the chance by My employer to use a
"substitute"
labor (pre-approved labor) (EB2).

Can I file a new I-140 on this new pre-approved labor with the same
employer ?
will it affect my existing I-140 in any way ?

What should I do ?
