Rather than have one tracker for each month, why dont we start a tracker that tracks all pending cases. That way, there will be no ambiguity as to where the processing time is.
We hardly see 140 approvals these days. Is it because we dont have many people waiting or people getting approvals not posting here or most importanly NSC is not approving any cases these days.
