My future employer filed for my I140(concurrent with 485 based on pre-approved labor) in Sept, 2004.. It still in pending status.
My current employer filed for my labor in PERM and its been approved. Can I go ahead and file for another I140 from my current employer? Will there be any problem if I have 2 different 140s pending at the same time?
My H1 6yrs period is expiring in another 8months.
Please suggest me.
