Hi

Recently I applied my I-140 at Nebraska. My Labor was approved with
Skilled Worker Category. My Lawyer mentioned just 2 years of experience
required in Item 14. He mentioned N/A in all other places in Item 14.
The item 15 is also completely blank.

I have previous denial of I-140 due to single degree issue from same
service center (Nebraska) with different Labor as follows:

Item 14 : 4 years degree in any Science + 2 years of experience
Item 15 : Blank (empty)

NSC did not accept evaluation based on my 3 years degree + 1 year
PG diploma which is equivalent to 4 year US degree in Computer Science.

The above two labor from same company.

Could you please share your knowledge/experience about chances of
getting approval of my I-140 ?

My first labor was not done correctly. 3 yr degree issue. I got denial. Now i refiled with substitute labor. case is in appeals court for 2 months now.
