HI Guys,,
I-140 Expediate Response from USCIS
Made expediate request on my I-140Jun03 which is pending from last 2 Yrs (VCS) Got message "The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. We are awaiting further information from another office to assist us in the final adjudication of this case. As soon as this information is received, processing will continue on this case"

My finger printing is cleared , also got response from FBI ( name check is done ). I dont knw what for thy are waiting..Can any one tell me, what shall I do now ?

Anyone had same problem... please let me know

My I-140 is also pending since sep 2003. I have not received any RFE either. I contacted the local senator and congressman. Their response was that my case is pending further security review.

I filed for my 140 in Nov. 2002 and still waiting for its approval.
