My job is in danger..Can anybody give me some advice...
My Company Sponsored my NIW and I am still waiting for I-140 approval.
Now my question is:
1. By GODs grace my I140 gets approved can I work in another company using AC21
2.Do I have to only work in a field or work for which NIW is passed like criminal investigation, being a programmer can I work in same programming language but in different field like in a hitech company or any other software development shop.
3. WHat are the pros and cons
Any help would be appreciated.
1) You cannot use AC21 unless 6 months have elapsed since the ND of your 485 application.
2) Not sure on this one. You need to ask experts like unitednations or a lawyer.
