Finger print notice

I just received the 2nd finger print notice, with a catch.

My receipt states ACS at the top whereas my my wifes states Finger Print. The office I need to contact is in Detroit whereas my wifes is in Baltimore, MD. I moved from Detroit to MD last year. I also sent in the change of address forms.
Why would USCIS ask me to go to Detroit? They mailed the notifications to my home in MD.

Will USCIS allow me to go to the office in MD?

Its most probably is a mistake by the uscis.And yes I have seen threads by people who go to their local station instead of the one specified. But call up the uscis and check. Good luck. I think you are going to get your I 140 approval soon.
