Hello Gurus,
I have a situation,
I am in my 6th year edge, employee of typical desi consulting company. My client is offering me an attractive job with salary. My 140/485 (EB3) applied in Dec 2004 and I140 got approved on June 2005. My client company comes under VSC and my 485 is pending in NSC. How difficult is to apply AC21 in this situation?
I am from India so I lost hope in getting GC and my client company already waited one year for me.
