Hi guys,

I am new to I-140 forum I recently got my labor approved does anybody have the list of reqd documents to file I-140.Also, does anyone has employment letter format .

Also, Does the employement letters needs to be original? I a m thinking for making the copy of old employment letter and changing the date on the the letter as my terms with the former employer is not good. Can I do that will Uscis come to know about it?

-- Can I use the experiance letters issued at the end of the employment(2001,2002,2003)? Ofcourse the job description and skill set matches. Or should I get the latest experiance letters? What if the person who gave the letter is already quit the employer?
--What if the company is out of business and couldnt reach anyone in the company with the address shown in experiance letter?
