Where and how to Inform to Reschedule second finger print

Please help me. I received finger print/biometric notices for second time. My wife is India. she will back in july second week. I habe to Reschedule her finger prints. Can some help and let me know where I have to inform about her Reschedule ? I will be attending as per my schedule june 15th.
Will this cause any problem to our 485? please reply who have passed thru this thing.
