Gurus,
I filed concurrent 140/485. I 140 is approved. Now company is under new name. It is like a merger or successor to previous one.

Please advice, what should I do now? Do I need to file I 140 again under new company name? Is there any issues I should be prepared for?


Also what happens to my H1b. My H1b is with previous employer name. Do I need to file a new H1b or need to send any papers to INS explaining company changes?

If RFE comes send out the merger document.Its not a big deal, my company got merged when i was about to apply 140.
