Hi! I mailed my I-140 and filed concurrently my and my spouses I-485, I-765 application. USCIS returned our I-485 and I-765 because of the cashiers check. I purchased the cashiers check on 12-21-05, but I didnt notice that the 1 for december (12) was cut off. So it looked like the date on the check was 2-21-05 instead of 12-21-05. USCIS thought it was purchased on February which is more than 6 mos. ago.

The letter said that I can re-submit it, but it doesnt state which address I should use. I am not sure if I should use the PO BOX address the I used when I filed my I-485 concurrently with the I-140... OR... should I use the PO box for just the I-485? OR is there a special PO Box number for re-submitted application? PLEASE HELP!!!!
