The Visa Bulletin states that the EB-3 category is unavaliable, however, we just received an "ASC Appointment Notice" (Code 3) for July 7 2009.

What does this mean? Are they just trying to get everyone whose number will become current come October taken care of so that they can issue the Green Cards faster? If so, how much longer before we get our Green Cards?
