I am on H1-B.Got extn in oct for 2nd time. I had Labour and I-140 cleared from current employer.Now the client to which i am working is offering full time. Can i carry the status from previous company (I-140) to present company and process further with GC ? I have not yet applied for 485.IS it possible or is there any such way to proceed or do i need to start GC process from the beginning with new employer ? Please advice.
