I want to share that my I140 got approved after long time, Last year August 17,2007 i applied I140 & 485 concurrently. November,17 2008, my I -140 got approved from TEXAS Service Center. I prayed so many gods regarding my I-140 approval.

I have 3 yrs BA degree from Osmania University, so under eb2 category. education evaluation was my main concern as now a days I see so many denials bcoz of 3 yrs degree.

Have you just 3 years BA degree or master too ? It is just 3 years BS and you submitted in EB-2, generally in BS bachelor EB-3 is considered.

I did my BA Degree from Osmania University. My employer applied my I-140 on EB2 Category.Before coming to US, i have 5 yrs work experience in India.
