Hi Gurus,
Finally TSC picked my I-140 and got RFE on 8 sep 08. Applied in EB2

Here is what they need:-

1. Copy of Petitioners Federal Income Tax Returns.
2. Copy of Beneficiarys 2007 W-2 and all 2008 pay stubs.
3. Education evaluation.
4. Experience certificates (4 years PRIOR to the priority dates)
5. Copy of Beneficiarys transcripts.

And my LC column 14 says
College years: 5
College degree required : MASTERS
Major field of study: computer mgt or related field* or its foreign equivalance

And column 15 says:
Must have exp with CMM5 companies and have oracle9iAS

Here is my situation:
I have Bsc Electronics(3yrs) and Masters in computer mgt (2yrs) degree from india.

I am worried about my education evaluation. Is it equivalant to "Masters" as stated in my LC?

Also do I need experience letters showing my work exp in ************ in exp letters. My exp letters just shows that I was working as consultant.

What are my chances to get I-140 approved? I have allother docs. Not replied to RFE yet.

Please suggest.
