Hi All,

My I-140 got denied because of work location change. I am on EAD now, and my attorney said my EAD will be invalid since base case is denied.
My H1 is expired three months back.

Could you please tell me what options do I have?

1. Can I apply for H1-B?

2. Can I apply for MTA?

is there any chance to fo through I-140?
