Need Help-Any I-140 Premium processing started
Any one knows, I-140 Premium processing started Let me know.
I was waiting for long time.
No, it was not re-instated as of today.
My H1B 6th year is due June 2009, my employer had filed my LC-PERM, then I-140, will I qualify for the Premium Processing? If yes, and approved will I get H1B extention next year?
