i140 premiumI was thinking to file new labour and new i140 in premium processing. I was told that I can not since I am already on EAD. Is that true that uscis no more processes 140 in premium ?
Not true - i-140 premium processing was re-instated with limited scope. You are not eligible to avail it. Please read here for details.
