i-140 RETURNED BY TSCMY i-140 was returned by tsc. they said it was sent after the 180 days valid period of LC but it was valid until 03/20 and the letter they sent with the returned i-140 is dated 03/06. does tsc keep any record of the i-140 returned or will they have any record when i sent the i-140. please help
