Pending I 140 and I 485 , can I change employer?

Hi .. I have a question. My I140 and I 485 have been filed concurrently..its been now more than 180 days after filing... i got My EAD but the I 140 and I 485 are still pending.. My question: can I change employer now even if my I 140 is not approved yet?

Yes there is a possibility please read here. What if your old employer revoke the I-140 ? Does this document say anything about that ? What would be the solution then ?
