Hi Frieds,

I have received automated e-mail from CRIS stating "Current Status: Request for Additional Evidence Sent" on 11th March. But I havent heard anything from my lawyer. I checked with them but they havent received anything from USCIS.

I see lot of post on RFE, seems going bad days. Kind of scared.

My Question is:
How much time it takes to receive physical FRE letter ?
If you have any idea please let me now. Today is more than a week after e-mail has been received.

I would wait for 10 days before asking the employer (or lawyer) to contact the service center. It is important to know the nature of the RFE.

hey luck..when did you apply from i140...i mean application sent date and received dates...

My employer received RFE instead of lawyer, may be by mistake. As per my employer, USCIS wants financial details about employer. little relaxed!.

I applied on July 16th 2007 and USCIS made entry in computer on July 24th 2007.
