I Have A Labor Cert Case That Was Approved On 08-20-07 But The I-140 Was Not Filed Within 180 Days Of Lc Approval. I Did Not Know About The New Rules. Has Any One Else Had This Problem? Please Please Post What Was Done. Will Uscis Or Dol Let It Slip? Please Help

USCIS is quite clear on this after July 16, 2007.
