Filing of I485 while I140 is pending
Hi,
I wanted to see if I can file I485 while I140 is pending. I filed I140 few months ago when I485 visa date was not current. Now the date is current. Just want to make sure I can file for I485. I filed under EB3(traditional). Please advise. Thank you.
As long as the date is current you can file 485. Good luck !
Sure. Its called semi-concurrent filing. Include the I-140 receipt notice instead of the approval notice.
