Is there any I-290B tracker around for 140 appeals ? If not Lets start it here. My appeal date is Nov 19 07.

Did you hear anything after 07/09/2007 ? Or is it just saying pending ? I think USCIS is behaving very funny in my case. We filed an appeal and EB3 as well with the same labor in case appeal gets denied. Everyone hear says that you will not get a receipt notice until the appeal is decided. But today my lawyer said she got receipt for EB3. And looks like ur 485 is also open still. The same with me. (Without filing any motion to reopen)
