what is the sucessful rate to approve 140 after REF
my eb1 140 request REF for additional evindence about " international recognize", Does anyone know what is the successful rate for 140 to get approve after REF?

Try the EB1/NIW forum. And more information about your case and yourself would be useful too.
Submitting the right documentation carefully is very important. I learned it the hardway. Make sure you do lots of homework and check resources and provide as much info as you can. If you do so, I think its not very hard to pass thru RFE.
I did not do that, and luckily could get back to track using MTR upon I-140 denial, but did have to spend money.
