Questions on FIling I 140

I got LABOR APPROVAL IN JUNE 2007.Can i wait for 1 year to file 140 or 6months?When will my labor will get expired?Please help

why do you want to wait to file 140 ? The processing time for 140 seems to getting longer.

MDGUTS1307 was correct. You have to file I-140 within 180 days.
