Please help!!!! I-140 Revocation.
Who get I-140 revocation notice. I am sure Employee does not get it. Employer and/or the attorney might get the notice. What if the employer has a new lawyer before I-140 is revoked?
Also when is NOID generated and who gets it.

The lawyer associated to the case gets it. You would have filed a G-28 with the I-140. The new lawyer will not get case updates.
