I have a question regarding I-140. My I-140 is approved on 24th August by my lawyer has not received the Approval paper yet.

Is this normal How long does it take to reach???

Did your lawyer received the approval notice? Typicaly it takes about 10 days.

because of massive amount of applications they have ran out of stationary for I-797 notices. if you have the online email, it should be sufficient to use it for I-485 filing.

I see this status online for my I-140, can anyone please tell me what this means:

"Current Status: Case received and pending."

"On XXX, we received this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case"

Does this mean a problem with my case. They didt say they have received it and processing etc.
