I 140 Online Filing
Hello Friends - I just got my LC approved. My attorney suggests online filing for I 140. Can any one help with online filing pros and cons...Thanks
Also since there are no threads for this, I thought it will be nice to have this.
One advantage I can think of is - your e-filing date is considered as filing date, while you send out supporting documents later. This may be useful in some situations.
Thanks for the reply, we e-filed the I-140 today - EB2. I will keep posting the progress here for everyones benifit.
