Several TX I140s LUD Change on 7/28/20077/28/2007 and 8/5/2007 there were LUD Changes on several I140s with SRC case #s... does any one know the reason why?
I got LUD on 08/05/07 also last LUD i had was on 05/06/07 then i i was told its in review Dept.
if any one got approved or any email from CIS Please put that info on forum
I got LUD on 08/05/07 not sure whats happening with my I140. My last LUD change was 06/16/07 for RFE reply. I applied for I140 on Jan 16th 2007.
How does one check for LUD? Is it by going to uscis.gov and doing the status check or is there anyhting else?
