EB3 I-140 filing using pre approved EB2 Labor
I am new to this forum .. This is my current situation.
I have filed my EB3 I-140 on 12th Jul 2007 using a substituted EB2 pre approved labor with priority date 25-Dec-2004. Because I didnt have enough experience on this priority date.
and I filed my I-485 concorrently for above I-140. Is there any chance to get my I-140 denied? Please hep me.
Depends on LCA requirement, your experience/ education matching the LCA.
The way the I-140 was filed etc etc.. Hard to say without having details.
