Applying with common-law partner
I am not sure if this is a right place to post this thread but I did not find a better section.
For Canada immigration, common-law partner is accepted equal to spouse. I want to apply under EB-1 scheme. Can I include my common-law partner (not officially married) in my application? If yes, what kind of document I need to provide?
