visa for spouse of Green Card
My son is planning to marry soon in few months to a gal in our home country, India. My son is green card holder(since March 2009).
How long it is taking to get I 130 approved?
Until I 130 is in processing, can she come over here on visitor visa?
Should we apply for visitor visa first before applying I 130 or after applying I 130?

F2A for India is taking over 4 years right now, he may naturalize before then and upgrade the petition at that time.
Highly doubtful of getting a TOURIST visa for a spouse of an LPR and if she already has one would likely be denied entry.
Concealing the existence of a spouse or fiance is FRAUD and grounds for denial of adjustment.
