Hi there,
The first approval of notice for I130 was November 21, 2007. But last year I find out the section on the notice was wrong. So I call them and they send me another approval of notice Amended Approval Notice with Notice date July 10, 2010. Do I use the old date of approval or new to calculate CSPA.
