Immigration Site

I am a USC applying for my mother and father. We are at a stage where I have completed the affidavit of support and am required to sent completed D-230 form. My questions is do I need to pay separate D-230 fee (about $400 each) for mother and father totaling around $800? Or do I need to just make 1 payment for both of them
