My brother with me in the US?
If I read right, I have to be a US citizen for my brother to be able to join me in the US? I am a Green Card holder. He also wants to join the national guards, not sure if that changes anything.

is ur brother in america or is he abroad ?
You have to be a LPR to join any branch of armed forces IN US. You can join the NG if you want to. Him wanting to join the guards does not change anything for him.
