Dear all,

I am filing AOS for my mother. And we are filing I-131 together. I am confused with the statements on Page 4 about what must be attached if you are filing for Advance Parole Document and you are in US (page 4 of I-131 instruction).

Does it mean either (a+b) or (c) or (d) or (e)?

If so, since we are filing with AOS, so c is applicable to use? ("If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS reciept as evidence that you filed the adjustment application") However, I am filing together so no need to include a reciept because I dont have, right?

That means I dont need to write a letter to warrant issuance of an Advanced Parole Document (item b)? Is that right?
