I-751 question..

Hey..I applied I-751 on 02/01 and my GC is expiring on 02/10. Checks are cashed and i wam waiting for NOA. But what will happen if i dont receive NOA before 02/10? Can i still stay legally?

As long as you filed before your deadline, the Receipt Notice will extend your card for one year automatically.

Have you received your Biometrics apointment yet?

Thanks for the clarification BigJoe! I am assuming Receipt Notice and NOA are same. My question is what will happen if i dont get Rceipt Notice/NOA before expiry of my GC(02/10/11)?
