Most Recent Residence in G-325a
I have asked similar question before but this is a simplified one:
I am doing AOS for my mother. Of course, shes in US now and living with me for about 3 months. Do I put my address as her most recent residence? Or I should still use her home town address as shes only a visitor here? Thanks a lot!
Until she has a Green card or a work visa, she is a visitor & her permanent home address (residence) is where she live before she visits you obviously, but you can still keep her mailing address to your place.
