Hi, Im turning 21 next month and im a college student here in Vegas and Im a US citizen. My aunt and my grandparents are helping me for my school finances. I want to petition my parents when i turn 21, is there any possibility that theyll be approved even im a working student? If I can petition them they can also help me to finish my college since my parents are still young they are both 38yrs old and my mom is a registered nurse who can assist me with my needs. If yes, how about my 17yrs old brother & my 15 yrs old sister? My parents and siblings are in the Philippines right now. Thanks
Your parents petitions will be approved regardless of the fact you are a student, your parents will need a joint sponsor to file a affidavit of support once petitions for your parents are approved and are sent to National visa center. It usually takes about 2-5 months for the approval from USCIS for IR-5 parents of a USC cases.
You can file for your siblings but for Philippines but it takes almost two decades to finally immigrate for siblings of a USC from philippines.

Hi,
It means you will need joint sponsor who will be finanically liable for you parents as you will not have enough income as per poverty guidline.
Can I petition my parents?
