Address to use when applying for AOS
Dear all,
I am applying GC using AOS for my mother and shes visiting me with visitor visa. So currently shes living with me. Should I use my address as her address when filling the forms? Or I need to use her address in the foreign country? Thanks a lot!
They are making notes of the statements at POE these days of the statements made when a person requests a Visitor entry using a B1/B2 as they can deny a AOS if a person lied at POE to gain a Visitor entry when they actually had a immigrant intent, CP is recommended even for people that hold a visitor visa to avoid all the immigrant intent issues at AOS interviews.
The I-485 requires a US address. Note that the form asks for state and city but not country.
